Ideal for international traveller or student.
The room is in Bundall Road, Surfers Paradise on the edge of Bundall/Surfers Paradise.

BILLS included. Rent paid weekly.. Power,water,High speed unlimited internet connection, Netflix and Disney plus and any other entertainment available.

ROOM is large, for one person only, no couples.
Preferably no smoking, vaping is ok. There is a good TV w/remote and Google Chromecast to stream movies directly from your mobile phone in your room. It has a large set of drawers for your clothes and a good wardrobe . There is a nice queen bed which is including bedding, blankets, pillows and cushions, towel, a chair, a bedside table and lamp.
There is space underneath the bed for storage with storage drawers.

LOCATION is great, close to Surfer’s Paradise, HOME OF THE ARTS is right across the street corner with beautiful and safe walking tracks/recreation park, Art gallery and Theatre. There is a lagoon, market on Sundays. There are two gyms just across the street and a post office around the corner and Coles service station right next door.
The main part of the house is mostly automated with GOOGLE HOME AUTOMATION. So you can control, the lights, Airconditioner’s, TV, Chromecast, central speaker system with Google or your phone.
Integrated home security cameras cover the car park and entrance ways for safety. Automated with Google.A Just say “Hey Google” to control the devices.

Shared- bathroom and Kitchen. Separate bathroom and toilet.
All you need is provided , kitchen utensils etc.

The bus stop less than a minute walk in either direction from the door.
Coles service station is next door for your milk and bread and essential items,
I do general cleaning plus garden and yard maintenance.

I expect people to clean up after themselves, to leave things as you find them.and don’t leave food or plates in the rooms.

RENT PAYMENT IS WEEKLY

2 weeks notice before leaving,

Room must be cleared and cleaned, your keys to be returned before you go.
