We already have one tenant, who would be your flatmate. He occupies the smaller, single room and is a 24 year old full time pastry chef doing a part time maths degree. He is respectful and quiet, and mostly works evenings. He enjoys board games and playing the accordion (with headphones!) in his spare time.
