Room in 2 bed 1 bath fully furnished and equipped flat is available for immediate occupancy. Flat is located in Bank Street, close to CBD. Well designed floors offering open plan living and dining, balcony, modern kitchen, bedrooms are with BIR and centrally located bathroom with concealed laundry facilities. Living room is equipped with split aircon.

Will be sharing queen bed with me, 42 male from India, recently moved to Melbourne, full time employment. Will be going to office 3/4 days a week. Alone here and would like to socialise and explore life. Happy to share food with flatmate, when I cook. Clean and tidy, like to keep home clean. Don’t drink alcohol, however fine with hanging over with people for drinks / party on weekends. This comes with more than room, food, groceries, hanging out etc.
