Hiiii help me please with a new home for myself n two kids., Central Coast

hi im female 37 yrs old. Im currently looking for a house that i can afford. Im on a pension. I have two kids. And a elderly mother id like to have room for her to stay if she chooses. ? And i have two medium dogs both registerd. And a cat. My eldest child resides with friends in the blue mountains alot so making room is important for both her and my elderly mother. Im currently recieving 1700 per fort night. Allowing me to afford this rent very easily. Ah im currently leaving a property ive resided at in a share situation. At 670 pr week. For the past 4.5 yrs straight. Prior to that 2 yrs at another at 550 pr week and again 14 yrs at 450 pr week.
