Cafes, restaurants, Neutral Bay lifestyle, so convenient to the city – 3 minutes to the bus stop, and takes less than 10 minutes to arrive. Close proximity to the beaches, McDonalds, Mosman, North Sydney, Crows Nest etc etc…

The house is very comfortable to live in. Warm in Winter and cool in Summer. I have professional cleaners come to clean every month, but I do expect the house to be kept in a clean condition whenever possible. And you can have your room cleaned too for free when they’re around – just let me know!

Your room is furnished with a bed and mattress, desk and chair and all you have to bring are your own blankets and covers, double-bed covers and pillow cases. If you would like anything else, just let me know and I’ll normally be happy to provide it for you.

The house is fully furnished so the living room is shared with a TV, lounge suite and Disney subscription! Kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher are all available. And a washing machine and dryer are also supplied.

We have two car spaces in the car park so am happy to provide it to the first two takers!
