The LOCATION, is ideal. 10 minute bike ride to Surfers Paradise city centre, it is close to chevron island and the buses go direct to Southport and Broadbeach.
Located next to the HOME OF THE ARTS with the great new gold coast art gallery and walking tracks beautiful recreation park and gardens, Theatre, café restaurant. There is a lagoon, market on Sundays. There are two gyms across the street from the house, the post office is around the corner and a Coles service station is next door for bread milk and essential items.

The HOUSE;
is automated with HOME AUTOMATION (Google) Control the lights, the Air-conditioners, TV, central speaker system, home security cameras cover the car park and entrance ways for safety. Automated with Google secure connections.

Bathroom and toilet is separate from the shower and bathroom.

Coles service station is next door for your milk and bread and essential items.

I will do the general cleaning the garden and yard maintenance.

2 weeks advance rent to move in.
$275 per week includes bills.

2 weeks notice is requested before leaving, room must be cleared and cleaned with the keys returned.
