2x rooms for rent – West End, Brisbane

Very close to Aldi, the 60 City-Glider bus (express to city and the valley), 300m to river – close to shops, cafes, West End Markets etc.

1st room is $280 per week inc gas, electricity and internet. Room has a double bed and desk, plus small closet. Room is approx 3x3m.

2nd room is $300 per week inc gas, electricity and internet. Room has basic single bed and desk, clothes hanger and cubed storage cabinet. (Can remove bed if you have your own). Room is approx 3.5 x 3m.

Rest of house is furnished. House has large deck at back, parking available on adjacent streets nearby 30m away (2 hour parking zone in my street), and there’s space in driveway for one smaller car. I park on the street as my vehicle is too large to fit in driveway.

Minimum 3 month stay.

Females only.

Share with male and small friendly dog.

No parties – ok to have a couple of friends over from time to time.

No couples unless renting both rooms..

This is a quiet house – social and friendly, but not for parties or larger groups of friends.

Normal rules apply – 4 weeks rent as bond and pay rent in advance.
